The fifth year was a urban development project. The Masters in Architecture project was Thesis.

Fargo Performance Art Theatre
An urban design project that was located just north of the main road joining Fargo and Moorhead. The corner is the entry to the theatre with mostly post and beam construction with some joist construction for the larger spans. The exterior looks towards both the main road and the greenery to the east that is a trail.
Fargo Performance Art Theatre Boards
A mental health facility
The mental health facility treating patients with depression. The interiors and exterior had a theme of a benevolent entity looking over them. The interiors were also made bright to compensate for the low light sensitivity created by the mental condition.
