art is a reflection of the soul, architecture is art for the soul...
First Year Projects
This plan view has a perspective showing how the lines of the structure will converge to a point or a sculpture if there was one. The solar chart shows how i designed the roof and the shape of the structure to dodge the hot sun.
This is the original existing site. The foyer that resides in Renaissance Hall.

The foyer design.
An existing foyer was given to us that resided in Renaissance hall of NDSU. This design tries to use the sun to have less effect from it with angles that dodge from it during summer and welcome it during summer.
Triangular park.
I expanded the triangular park that resides just north of Renaissance Hall at NDSU. This park design tries to use wooden constructs to frame everyday life and people. The constructs seem to go underground and come back up becoming chairs as well or posts. There are three domes on the ground for people to sit and listen to conversations as well.
The mobile project became my theme for this project to create radial form that opens and closes.
The Dome House.
This project didn't have a site so I went with a dome-shaped for a slightly different approach to residential architecture. I gave hybrid structure and distributed living spaces on periphery and kitchen at the core.
